Request Information from Client

  • Go to inology.au
  • Login to Administration
  • Go to Email Marketing > Email to Non-Subscribers
  • Select "Requesting Information for Website Management" from Articles drop down
  • Add the email address of the Reseller or Client (CC the Reseller if emailing to the Reseller's Client)
  • Change [First Name] to the reseller / clients name
  • Select appropriate paragraph:
    1. Emailing to resellers client
    2. Emailing to reseller
    3. Emailing to your client
  • Delete other two paragraphs that you will not use
  • Change [Developer] under "Regards," to your name
  • Click Submit

The email has been sent so now wait for the reseller / client to get back to you.
